Khwalo Mgcaleka (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2017 by Siyanda Lupuwana. Based in Secunda, Mpumalanga, we provide professional HR and labour support tailored to small businesses, growing enterprises and community-driven organisations.
Our work brings together people management, labour relations, outsourced HR, payroll administration and workplace training. We help clients address workforce challenges with practical, cost-conscious solutions so they can focus on running and growing their businesses.
